Asphalt Equipment/Bases/Foundation

To repair asphalt equipment bases and foundations, use Roklin's Concrete Welder, using Roklin's polymer dispensing machine. Ensure that the damaged asphalt equipment base or foundation area is clean and dry before you begin. If the cracks or damage is deep, you may want to use ¾ or larger rock to fill in the cracks or even a combination of aggregate sizes.

To being, flood walls first, ensuring a thin coat flows over the asphalt equipment base or foundation repair area. Next, insert clean dry rock. Once rock is placed, use the polymer dispensing machine to fill in the asphalt equipment base or foundation repair. As you flood it, have someone toss treated sand over the surface. That will push the polymer into the voids to make a stronger repair.

When the material has filled the repair almost to grade, toss a thin layer of topping sand over the top to create a smooth, even surface. Your asphalt equipment base/foundation repair will be complete in about an hour.
