Return and refund policy
Return and refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at ednaj@roklinsystems.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 300 E. Shell Rd., Ventura, CA 93001.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used unless a material failure can be proven
Exchanges
Once we have confirmation that the return has been picked up, we will ship your replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and tested our retention sample. We will then let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be credited or refunded within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at tamars@roklinsystems.com.

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow one business day to process your order. Expect an email within 2-5 days to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP - 300 E. Shell Rd., Ventura, CA 93001 Orders can be picked up daily, from 7:30-3:30. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping to most countries, but pre-payment is required. Please call 877-FLEXSET or 805-256-7687 for more information.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ednaj@roklinsystems.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Originally developed as a rapid runway asphalt repair system for the military, FloMix has become a cost-effective alternative to traditional spall repair, driveway asphalt repair, floor repair and other asphalt restoration procedures.
The Roklin difference with FloMix Asphalt Repair is that it utilizes a naturally rounded sand, which is polymer coated in our plant. This type of aggregate greatly enhances flow ability and increases the overall strength of the crack repair.
FloMix is supplied in three and five gallon kits with pre-measured amounts of chemical and aggregate in each container. Each 3-gallon kit will deliver 0.2 cubic feet which will cover approximately 20 square feet at a thickness of 1/8″. For deeper repairs add 12 lbs. of our specially coated BlakRok and mix. This will bring your coverage to 0.3 cubic feet.
FloMix Crack Repair components can be mixed in the bucket it comes in with a hand drill, or in our low cost Motor Mix Machine. The material has a 6-8 minute working time at 75ºF.
Asphalt Repairs can be completed using FloMix Asphalt Repair in minutes with a few simple steps. There is no need for saw cutting or use of a primer. The resulting repair can be put back into service in as little as 30 minutes.
